HomeHippie.com provides rental placement and application assistance services, including assigning you a dedicated rental agent who will communicate with you via phone and email, search for rental listings that fit your needs, schedule property tours when possible, and complete applications on your behalf with your authorization. These services are provided for a 60-day period beginning from the time you are assigned an agent. You understand that HomeHippie.com is not a landlord or property manager and does not own or control any rental units. We do not guarantee that you will be approved for a rental or that a specific type of housing will be available. Final decisions on all applications are made by third-party landlords or property management companies. Our role is to provide rental assistance and application support to help you navigate the housing search process. All payments made to HomeHippie.com are final and non-refundable once your service begins. This includes situations where you are not approved for a rental or if your preferences change during the 60-day service window. By purchasing our services, you agree not to dispute or charge back your payment through your bank or credit card provider. Attempting to do so is considered a breach of this agreement and may result in collections, reporting to credit agencies, or legal action. If you are unsatisfied with our service at any point, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. As the client, you agree to provide accurate and honest information regarding your rental history, credit status, income, and preferences. You also agree to maintain communication with your assigned agent and respond in a timely manner to requests for information or documentation. Failure to engage in the process may limit your results and does not entitle you to a refund. You also acknowledge that HomeHippie.com is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate information you provide, non-responsiveness, or landlord decisions outside of our control. This agreement remains in effect for 60 calendar days from the date of service activation. You may request to cancel services at any time, but no refunds will be issued once service has started. HomeHippie.com reserves the right to end services early if a client is found to be abusive, threatening, or misusing the service.*
